Raiola names 4 ‘big clubs’ Dortmund star could join this summer
The Norwegian striker’s agent has offered an update on his client’s future at Borussia Dortmund and transfer plans.
Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Manchester City could all sign Erling Haaland, says his agent Mino Raiola.
The Dutch-Italian football agent made this revelation while revealing that there is a ‘big chance’ his client could part ways with Borussia Dortmund this summer.
Haaland’s future has been up in the air for quite some time. The 21-year-old’s record of 74 goals in 72 games for Dortmund has caught the eye of countless clubs, prompting a regular flurry of transfer rumors.
However, in an interview with SPORT1, Raiola revealed where he and the striker really stand at the moment.
Maybe this summer, maybe the summer after,” he told the German outlet on when Haaland’s next move could be. “But there is a big chance that Erling will leave this summer. We will see.
He can and will take the next step. Bayern, Real, Barcelona, City – these are the big clubs he can go to. City have won the championship five times in the last few years, much more than United. We all knew when we moved to Dortmund that this step would come.

Dortmund talks set for this winter
Raiola also confirmed Haaland will discuss his future with Dortmund this winter.
The 54-year-old added: We will tell BVB [Borussia Dortmund] what our idea is and BVB will tell us their ideas. But no decision will be made in the winter.
He is someone who wants to develop, who is looking for new challenges. And of course, it’s also a question of the alternative. You only change if you have a better alternative.
Furthermore, Raiola refused to comment on a reported €75 million release clause in Haaland’s contract, which expires in 2024.
