NBA round up: Phoenix Suns unbeaten in 14 games; LeBron returns to help Lakers

The Suns are on a 14 game winning streak and have not lost since their 1-3 start to the season

The Phoenix Suns have extended their winning streak in the new season to 14 after defeating Cavaliers Thursday morning.

The defending champions of the western conference had a slow start to the season but have bounced back in style.


They were 1-3 at the beginning of the season but 14 wins means they are 15-3 and behind the Golden State Warriors as the top best teams in the league currently.

The Suns defeated the Cavaliers 120-115, with Devin Booker leading the scoring chart with 35 points, 4 rebounds and 3 assists.


Elsewhere LeBron James returned from his suspension to help the Lakers to a victory.

James was handed a one match ban but dropped 39 points on his return to help the Lakers secure a 124-115 win over the Indiana Pacers.


The Los Angeles Lakers are currently 10-10 in the season.
