Manchester United to face Liverpool in FA Cup 4th round


Manchester United have been drawn against Liverpool in the fourth round of the 2020/21 FA Cup season which will be played between the 23rd and 24th January 2021.

Both teams secured qualification from the 3rd round of the competition thanks to Liverpool’s victory over a weakened Aston Villa side and Manchester United’s 1-0 victory over Watford.


The fixture stands out among the other pairings and would be the second time both teams will go head to head in January, with the first set to take place when Liverpool host United at Anfield in the Premier League on January 17, 2021.

Both the fourth and fifth round draws were conducted yesterday to aid with fixture scheduling. Games for the fourth round are expected to take place over the weekend of 23 January while those of the fifth will take place on Wednesday 10 February .
