The Portland Trail Blazers’ 4 game winning streak came to an end after Indian Pacers secured a 111-87 victory in the Moda Center on thursday night, but that wasn’t the only setback they suffered. Their loss was accompanied by center Jusuf Nurkic’s injury.

Jusuf sustained a wrist injury in the third period, leaving the game at the 8:29 mark and straight to the locker room while favoring his hand.

This is the second major injury that the Bosnian has suffered in the past three seasons. Jusuf Nurkic played only 8 games and missed most of 2019-20 recovering from a broken leg the season before.

He has so far started all 12 games for the Blazers this season, averaging 10.3 points and 7.6 rebounds in 23.6 minutes per game, and finished thursday’s game with 5 points and 8 rebounds in 21 minutes.
