Football icon and Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo has surpassed the goalscoring milestone set by Brazilian legend Pele in his side’s 4-1 win over Udinese on Sunday.
The former Real Madrid forward opened his account on the day in the 31st minute and completed his double 20 minutes from full time.

Ronaldo’s first goal took his career goals to 757 goals for club and country – the same as Pelé managed in his career, and finally surpassed the Brazilian legend with his second on the day.
It took the Portuguese 1035 matches to reach that milestone, whereas Brazilian legend Pelé did it in just 815.
