The Englishman is undoubtedly Spurs’ best player. He has been absolutely ‘incredible‘ for them over the years, but it is no secret that Kane would love to be at a club where he’s guaranteed to win trophies. In 2023, the 29-year-old could finally get his big move.

Bayern Munich want to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham

Bayern sold Roberto Lewandowski to Barcelona this summer. The Pole was their main man for years, and losing a player of his quality is a huge blow – even though they’ll still probably win the league without him.

The German champions signed Sadio Mane in the summer and as good as the Senegal international is, he’s not an out-and-out number nine like Lewandowski was. That’s what the Bavarians are missing at the moment.

Plettenberg and his fellow transfer insiders on Sky Sports gave us an insight into Bayern’s interest in Kane, and they revealed that discussions between the club and the player’s camp have already taken place.

When asked about the Tottenham star, Plettenberg said: “I am totally convinced that Harry Kane will become a very, very hot topic at Bayern Munich in the next transfer window. It depends on the strikers’ performances this year.

“Bayern bosses have told them – let’s see what happens, we have Mane, Coman, Sane, Gnabry and so on – but if they don’t work and if they miss that number nine, Harry Kane will become very hot.”

When Dharmesh Sheth asked if discussions are ongoing at Bayern, Plettenberg said: “There was definitely contact between the Bayern responsible and Charlie Kane, brother of Harry Kane.

“We hear it confirmed that Harry Kane can really, really imagine joining Bayern.”
