The win put Borussia Dortmund just a point behind Bayern Munich who drew against Werder Bremen in the 8th week of the 2020/2021 Bundesliga season.

Werder Bremen took the lead in the 45th courtesy a Maximilian Eggestein goal before Kingsley Coman equalized for the Bavarians in the 62nd minute.

The draw also means that Bayern’s winning run has now come to an end after winning four consecutive games in the Bundesliga season.
