The NBA has fined the Philadelphia 76ers $25,000 for violating the league’s injury reporting rules after not disclosing Ben Simmons‘ injury before their game against the Denver Nuggets.

The Eastern Conference based team failed to list All-Star guard Ben Simmons on its initial injury report for Saturday’s matchup with the Denver Nuggets. The club only ruled the former No. 1 overall pick out just hours before tipoff due to a knee injury.

The National Basketball Association requires teams to disclose any injuries and the corresponding player’s status by 5 p.m. local time on the day before a game, if the contest isn’t part of a back-to-back set.

Simmons, who is said to be day-to-day, will reportedly miss Monday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks.
