Esports can be a highly paid job opportunity for those who master their game-related skills and become professionals. Ragno Esports has taken the bull by the horn to bridge the gap between talents and opportunities in Esport in Ghana. We are doing this by running campaigns in all the tertiary institutions, High Schools, and Communities within our borders with a grand celebration and competition in December dubbed “Ghana Esports Festival”. Yes, it is a deliberate attempt to propagate this event because it is going to; in the long run, help our graduates and esports athletes gain some level of ascendancy in financial health.

Ragno Esports has also embarked on an adventure to develop the interest of Esports in the tertiary institutions in Ghana. Where gamers are going to play their respective video games. The aim is not to entertain the esports gamers only, but also to educate them on career paths in the Esport industry where students can earn a living.

Games that would be played are FIFA 22, NBA 2K22, and Mortal Kombat 11 with a prize pool of 2,000 US dollars. The various champions will get a full-year academic scholarship for the 2022/23 academic year and 2021/22 for final year students.
